We do not publicly display your content without your consent, except where you choose to share it.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

  1. AI and Recommendations Disclaimer

Fitly AI provides automated outfit and style recommendations.

These recommendations:

• Are generated using algorithms and may not always be accurate
• Are for informational and stylistic purposes only
• Should not be relied on as professional advice

You use the Service at your own risk. BoltView Inc. is not responsible for decisions made based on recommendations.

The Service may introduce features such as:

If payments are introduced, additional terms may apply.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, products, or content.
