Delete Your Fitly AI Account

Fitly AI users can permanently delete their accounts directly within the Fitly AI mobile application.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Fitly AI and sign in.

2. Open Profile.

3. Select Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Review the deletion information and confirm your request.

6. Complete identity verification if requested.

Deleting your account will remove your profile and associated personal data, including your style preferences, wardrobe items, uploaded clothing images, saved outfits, recommendation history, and Explore activity, except for limited information BoltView Inc. is legally permitted or required to retain.

Cannot Access the App?

You do not need to reinstall Fitly AI to request account deletion.

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Fitly AI account to:

Fitly AI Account Deletion Request

Include only the email address associated with your Fitly AI account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Do not send your password, authentication codes, payment information, or government identification by email.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Fitly AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your subscription through the applicable app-store subscription settings to prevent future charges.

Processing

After your identity is verified, BoltView Inc. will process your deletion request and remove the personal data associated with your account, except where limited retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
